BIKE-IT is proud of the services it can offer to its customers from the workshop. From the purchase of a new cycle and throughout its life, we can give your cycle the tender loving care it deserves.

Every new bicycle that we sell undergoes a pre-delivery inspection where we ensure that the cycle is mechanically sound and safe to ride. If you buy your cycle from a catalogue or mail-order company, this important stage is almost certainly not performed and could result in mechanical failure or injury. After six weeks we ask our customers to return their cycles for a complimentary post sale service. This service checks that the cycle is safe and operating correctly.

BIKE-IT encourages its customers to return their cycles regularly for servicing. This will help to prolong the life of the cycle, keep it in a good mechanical state and most of all ensure that it is safe.

As an indication of the quality of our workshops services, we are a Shimano Service Centre and have been since 1996.
